Q: What is refurbished equipment?

A: All of our products are either new from the manufacturer, or refurbished at our production facility by our team of specifically trained dental industry technicians. All items are meticulously analyzed and refurbished back to as close to new condition as possible.

 

Q: How do I place my order?

A: Most of our products can be ordered directly from our website or you can call and talk to one of our knowledgeable sales staff. You can also request a current catalog/equipment buyer's guide. We love having customers visit our facilities to get a first hand look at our company and our processes. 

 

Q: How will my order be delivered?

A: Small equipment is delivered via UPS. Most large orders are delivered by our in-house truck services or van lines consolidator. They provide us with the lowest rates possible. All of our large equipment is delivered via "air-ride" trucks and brought to you blanket wrapped, and delivered inside your office or delivery location.

 

Q: How does the installation work?

A: Large orders, and the majority of orders within a 500-mile radius of our facility, are installed by our own dental technician/installation team. We work with over 250 dental service providers across the country and can arrange service in all 50-states.

Q: What about upholstery colors?

A: We can match most any current selection you have from any equipment manufacturer. We also can provide you with color swatches of over 200 color choices to fit your needs. All our equipment includes your choice of colors where applicable.

Q: Where does this equipment come from?

A: We buy our equipment from a multitude of sources including: dentists, manufacturers, government surplus liquidators, banks, leasing companies, and foreclosures. The majority of the equipment we acquire is in good working order. We break down all items to clean, repair/replace necessary parts, paint, and quality test before preparing for delivery. We do stock a large inventory of over 250,000 square feet. However, due to the nature of our business, limited quantities are available of the more popular items. In this event, we can place your order in a "priority" status for the next available inventory received.

Q: What about warranty and service?

A: All of our equipment carries a one-year warranty on parts and 90-days on labor. New equipment carries the manufacturer warranty . Many issues can be resolved online or on the phone with our technical support and customer service team. If we need to dispatch a local service technician, we utilize our National Association of Dental Service Providers group of over 250 technicians.
